📋 Description

• Independently manage a high-volume, complex caseload of workplace investigations • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers, employees, PPL Partners, Legal • Partner with stakeholders to conduct thorough, impartial investigations • Interpret and apply corporate policies, employment law, and regulations • Identify recurring themes and recommend practical improvements • Maintain current knowledge in concepts, practices, procedures, and legal updates • Build strong working relationships within the Employee Relations team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor degree or equivalent; advanced degree and legal coursework preferred • Minimum 8 years of Employee Relations experience • Demonstrated expertise leading end-to-end workplace investigations • Experience partnering effectively with Legal, HR, Compliance, and business leaders • Comfortable working with any level of employee or manager • Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment • Exceptional interpersonal, influencing, and relationship-building skills • Deep understanding of employment law principles • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
