📋 Description
• Build AI-powered experiences that enhance customer workflows in AutoCAD and Civil 3D • Prototype, experiment, and validate new ideas quickly • Explore emerging AI/ML capabilities and convert them into customer-facing workflows • Continuously evaluate new AI models, tools, and techniques • Develop solutions using LLMs, agents, RAG, and other modern AI/ML techniques • Collaborate across global teams to share learnings and accelerate innovation
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in Applied AI, Machine Learning, AI Product Engineering, ML Engineering, or Software Engineering with significant AI/ML responsibilities • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills • Demonstrated ability to innovate with AI tools • A fast-prototyping mindset • Hands-on experience building AI-powered applications • Strong programming skills (e.g., Python, C#, C++, or JavaScript/TypeScript) • Domain knowledge of Architecture, Engineering, or Construction (AEC) workflows • Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or other AEC/design software
