📋 Description
• Build core dashboards and analytics • Establish data quality standards and governance • Operationalize Customer Success function and create rules of engagement • Support pricing and packaging changes with data • Perform ongoing process and data gap analysis
🎯 Requirements
• 6–8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and data analysis (SQL or Python) • Strong understanding of RevOps tooling landscape • Ability to navigate complex organizational relationships • Experience building dashboards and defining metrics
