• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships while driving performance across AutoSync’s Digital Advertising, Digital Retail, Website, and SEO product lines. • Proactively manage the day-to-day operations of client accounts, including strategic account planning, performance reviews, training, technical support, and issue resolution. • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Management teams within dealership clients to ensure success and alignment across all initiatives. • Craft and implement effective digital marketing strategy (CRO, SEM, SEO) that delivers in line with your client’s business goals & budget. • Track performance, provide analysis, and become a trusted consultant and advisor.
• 4+ years of T-Shaped digital marketing work experience. Strong knowledge of Paid Advertising (Google, Meta), Website Solutions (UX/CRO), and SEO fundamentals. • Post-secondary education in a related field. • 2+ years agency experience as a digital marketing subject matter expert, with a large client territory • 2+ years of customer success experience • Automotive Industry experience is a significant asset • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4 • Experience in large budget online media planning, media buying or campaign management would be an asset.
