• Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction • Manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure high-quality service delivery • Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the customer experience • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner • Implement customer service policies and procedures to streamline operations and improve efficiency
