📋 Description

• Manage and grow an established customer base while identifying and developing new business opportunities throughout the assigned territory. • Build strong relationships with customers at all organizational levels, including executive leadership, operations, engineering, purchasing, and manufacturing. • Develop strategic account plans that drive profitable sales growth and market share expansion. • Provide technical sales support through product demonstrations, line trials, start-ups, troubleshooting, and ongoing account management. • Recommend coating systems based on customer applications, manufacturing processes, and performance requirements. • Conduct product and application training at customer facilities and Axalta training centers. • Collaborate with Technology, Marketing, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams to deliver best-in-class customer solutions. • Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage opportunities, forecasts, customer activities, and sales pipeline. • Monitor competitive activity and market trends to identify new growth opportunities. • Achieve annual sales, profitability, and strategic growth objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Business, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience. • Minimum five years of successful territory sales experience. • Minimum five years of industrial coatings, wood coatings, chemical or related building products experience. • Strong understanding of coating application methods and finishing equipment preferred. • Proven ability to develop new business while growing existing strategic accounts. • Excellent presentation, communication, and customer training skills. • Experience using Salesforce or comparable CRM software. • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office. • French language proficiency is strongly preferred. • Ability to travel approximately 50% throughout Canada. • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across multiple functions. • Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
