📋 Description

• Own the Vendor Integration team's product direction, PRDs, vendor decisions, and roadmap • Take vendors from initial call through production, including API review, open-question management, scope and schedule control, pilot-client relationship, UAT, and go-live • Write PRDs and context documents covering vendor requirements, gaps, technical debt, decisions, and open questions • Run readiness checks and break epics into small, testable stories for QA • Read the .NET backend and Angular frontend to understand existing integrations, identify reusable components, and estimate work • Occasionally ship small changes on a branch when faster than creating a ticket • Coordinate with authentication, banking core, account opening, lending, and PFM teams • Write product feature specifications, vendor implementation guides, client test guides, and quarterly release notes • Create initial Figma screens and HTML prototypes • Build and maintain AI agent skills, structured team knowledge bases, and PM tooling • Set priorities with the Tech Lead, sequence roadmaps against client contracts and vendor certification timelines, run sprint planning and backlog grooming, and own the Jira board • Own payments, cards, data and identity, documents and imaging integrations, and future vendor integrations

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years as a product manager on a B2B platform • At least 2 years in integrations, payments, or fintech infrastructure • Shipped at least one third-party integration end to end, including vendor evaluation, requirements, certification, pilot, and production • Clear and concise writing; writing sample required • Experience managing a vendor relationship where the vendor's process set the schedule • Ability to read C# and TypeScript well enough to trace a code path, spot missing pieces, and estimate changes • Comfortable with Git, including branches, rebases, diffs, cherry-picks, and opening pull requests • Practical understanding of OAuth client credentials, token exchange (RFC 8693), SAML, JWKS, signed URLs, and iframe postMessage • Ability to derive requirements from OpenAPI specifications or Postman collections • Understanding of PCI scope • Understanding of fintech products integrating with banks, including core and vendor data ownership • Understanding of credit union and community bank buyers • Records decisions with reasons • Ships first drafts quickly and iterates openly • Uses AI tools daily and can demonstrate a workflow built with them • Ability to work standard business hours aligned with Eastern Time • Authorization to work in Canada
