📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls to retail agents to drive new opportunities, convert leads to submissions, and turn quotes into bind orders • Provide weekly reporting of sales calls and results • Educate customers on quoting platforms and services • Drive daily submission goals and relay information to the marketing team • Review web and phone quoting activities to identify and address positive and negative trends • Establish relationships with sales executives and discuss strategy, tactics, training, sales issues, and follow-up • Resolve agent issues • Assist underwriters to place business • Participate in USLI’s 50/50 Sales training program • Complete a 24-month training and development program focused on increasing new submissions, quotes, binders, and premiums over the phone • Pursue personal and professional development

🎯 Requirements

• P&C insurance license within 90 days of employment • Self-motivated, independent personality with the ability to work with little supervision • Excellent time management skills • Positive and energetic phone demeanor • Proficiency with MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel • High level of integrity • Team player mentality • Problem solving skills and professional conduct • Ability to establish and build relationships • Open to coaching and continuous improvement • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment • May be required to drive own or rental vehicle • Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record report at hire and periodically thereafter • Maintenance of minimum acceptable insurance coverages
