📋 Description

• Search and confirm travel reservations for customers • Understand client travel policies and consistently provide customer consultation • Fulfill requests regarding DOT, TSA, passports, visas, and other necessary regulations • Provide industry information including low fares, exchange costs, and penalties • Review operational processes and commercial relationships with clients and suggest improvements • Maintain, communicate, and expand knowledge of supported travel industries

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive Travel Agent experience • Working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes • Advanced skills in GDS Sabre • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English • Flexibility regarding work schedules, including possible day, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts • Must be based in the United States
