📋 Description

• Create dashboards, insights, and experiments to improve site conversion rates, loyalty, and customer experience • Identify customer pain points and recommend site optimization opportunities through deep-dive analyses • Ensure stakeholders have relevant KPIs, dashboards, and insights to support informed business decisions and business strategy • Monitor KPIs and market trends to identify emerging trends and opportunities • Surface trends and opportunities during recurring business reviews or through ad-hoc insight delivery • Propose, design, and analyze A/B tests with technology teams • Quantify the financial and customer-experience impact of new site features and optimization initiatives • Build, maintain, and monitor data-collection processes for reliability and accuracy • Leverage Adobe Analytics, Contentsquare, Similarweb, offline data, and SQL

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of web analytics experience in an eCommerce setting • Experience delivering insights, building data products and reporting, and conducting experimentation • 3+ years of experience using a web analytics tool, preferably Adobe Analytics • Understanding of web analytics tracking • Experience defining measurement plans • Intermediate proficiency using SQL to extract and manipulate data • Working knowledge of relational data systems • Experience using data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
