📋 Description

• Create and optimize CNC programs for milling operations • Program custom components and tooling for production applications • Develop machining methods and tooling strategies • Set up and support CNC milling machines during production • Test, troubleshoot, and validate CNC programs on production equipment • Modify programs to reflect engineering changes and product revisions • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve machining efficiency • Maintain programming documentation and revision control • Support process improvements to reduce cycle times and improve quality • Ensure all programs meet safety, quality, and customer requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's Degree preferred (Engineering or Manufacturing Technology) • Minimum 5 years of CNC Programming experience • Strong experience programming CNC milling machines • Proficiency with CAD software and CNC programming • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and GD&T • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities • CATIA experience preferred • Epicor ERP experience preferred • Aerospace manufacturing experience preferred • Experience with complex precision-machined components preferred • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles preferred
