📋 Description

• Manage assigned patient reimbursement and coordination cases for the NavieGo program • Manage the entire patient journey and act as the primary contact for assigned healthcare providers • Enroll patients into NavieGo-managed programs through physician coordination • Establish and maintain relationships with clinics and physicians, including site visits • Request missing or additional information from physician offices, pharmacies, and healthcare providers • Coordinate prescription drug coverage for patients • Coordinate cases with insurance companies, physician offices, and healthcare professionals • Prepare and coordinate documents, submissions, and paperwork for insurers and public funding programs • Coordinate clinic appointments and drug deliveries within required timelines • Build relationships with patients and key healthcare providers • Apply best practices to maximize patient access to drug coverage • Coordinate pharmacy processes after funding is obtained • Apply knowledge of public and private funding systems

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingualism in English and French is required • Registered Nurse designation and current provincial licensing is required • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer/client service and health care reimbursement experience • Experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or insurance industry is an asset • Strong proficiency in Microsoft and Google applications, including Google Apps, Word, and Excel • Professional, courteous, and efficient telephone manner • Ability to organize time, set priorities, and multitask to meet competing deadlines • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities • Ability to work rotating shifts Monday through Friday, covering 8 AM to 8 PM EST and supporting various regions of Canada
