📋 Description

• Develop, implement, certify, and continuously improve a process-based quality management system • Develop and monitor quality objectives • Assist with, complete, and oversee root cause analysis and corrective action • Assist with, complete, and oversee improvement plan development and monitoring • Monitor performance data to identify improvement opportunities • Develop, implement, and monitor customer satisfaction processes • Assist with risk assessments and monitor mitigation plans • Lead and coordinate the Enterprise Business Continuity Program, including business impact analysis, continuity planning, exercise coordination, remediation tracking, and leadership reporting • Lead Quality Management Review preparation, execution, reporting, and follow-up • Manage Quality digital projects and continuous improvement initiatives, including requirements gathering, stakeholder alignment, project planning, implementation support, adoption activities, and benefits tracking • Serve as point of contact with external QMS certification bodies • Support operational process improvement projects through mapping/modeling, design, analysis, performance monitoring, improvement, and QMS integration • Provide clear direction, set measurable goals, and hold team members accountable • Coach, develop, and support team members through feedback, performance reviews, and career development planning • Foster a high-performing, inclusive team culture aligned with company values and business objectives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience, in a healthcare, science, engineering, or related field • 7 to 10 years' experience developing, implementing, certifying, and continuously improving process-based quality management systems such as ISO 9001 • Experience with operational process improvement initiatives, preferably in a patient-centered healthcare environment, is an asset • Experience working within GMP and GVP-regulated environments • Experience applying quality system requirements to operational processes • Knowledge of pharmacy, infusion clinic, patient support program, or pharmaceutical wholesale operations is an asset • Completion of an Exemplar Global or IRCA-approved lead QMS auditor course is an asset • Lead QMS auditor certification, or willingness to pursue it, is an asset • Knowledge of provincial college of pharmacy and Health Canada regulations applicable to the pharmaceutical supply chain is an asset • English proficiency is required • French and English bilingualism may be required depending on the role, location, and organizational needs
