📋 Description

• Oversee site resourcing and workforce planning workstreams • Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including project managers, technical leads, and stakeholders • Develop and manage program plans, timelines, budgets, and resources • Monitor progress and address issues affecting program success • Communicate program status, risks, and issues to stakeholders • Identify process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency, quality, and outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, project management, engineering, or a related field • Extensive experience in program management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects • Solid site resourcing and workforce planning experience • Strong leadership and team management skills in a matrix environment • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies • Experience in risk management, budgeting, and resource allocation • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Willingness to travel as required (approximately 25%) • Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
