📋 Description

• Lead the transformation of Sophos's SecOps pricing function • Design and build a centralized Pricing Operations function with clear ownership of strategy, analytics, and deal support • Define and implement a segment-aware pricing cadence • Establish a pricing council and governance model • Direct AI-assisted digital worker capabilities for competitor pricing, discount analysis, discount-depth analysis, and market alerts • Provide senior leadership with early visibility into competitor pricing moves and market disruption • Maintain a dotted-line partnership with the Network Security group • Define and report metrics including cadence adherence, decision-to-communication time, and discount discipline • Build the team and establish its operating rhythm

🎯 Requirements

• Track record of building or transforming a pricing, revenue operations, or deal desk function at a B2B SaaS or technology company, ideally in cybersecurity or another subscription-driven business • Experience leading organizational change, including centralizing a distributed function and establishing new governance • Familiarity with discount governance and competitive pricing intelligence • Experience using data and AI-assisted tools to monitor competitor pricing and discounting patterns • Strong people leadership experience and ability to build a new team • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to design pricing approaches by customer segment and channel • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • Legal authorization to work in Canada without requiring employer sponsorship
