📋 Description

• Execute complex transactions and overrides accurately and within established guidelines and SLAs • Monitor daily workflow and distribution and ensure processing meets service-level goals • Provide operational support and serve as a first point of escalation for partners • Identify, document, investigate, refer, and resolve process and transaction exceptions • Support incoming transactions and validate information for authorized adjustments • Respond to partner requests and communicate policy and procedural changes • Assist Team Managers with daily operations and workflow management • Analyze service, productivity, and efficiency and implement process improvements • Assist with analysis, development, testing, and implementation of operating technology and process improvements • Conduct research and contribute to audit reviews • Run testing and generate reports for leaders • Maintain knowledge of products, regulations, trends, risks, policies, standards, and procedures • Support risk mitigation, change management, and process documentation • Contribute to management presentations and communications • Participate in team development, knowledge sharing, cross-training, and coaching • Act as a brand ambassador for TD and the function

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree/college diploma preferred and/or 3+ years relevant experience • Specialized process and technical expertise • Advanced knowledge of business unit and operational functions and regulatory requirements • Understanding of process/policy risk • Ability to handle complex transactions, exceptions, non-standard issues, and escalations • Ability to work across multiple steps, systems, and jurisdictions • Ability to exercise discretion with confidential information • Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering and Business Continuity Management frameworks • Ability to provide process/policy guidance, training, coaching, and work guidance • Ability to support change management projects and process improvements
