📋 Description

• Own complex cross-functional problems from framing through execution • Develop one-page cases and recommendations for leadership decisions • Drive initiatives across product, growth, operations, and partners • Run small-scale market pilots to validate segments, messaging, and new motions • Decide whether to scale, iterate, or stop pilots based on results • Hand proven initiatives to product teams with framed briefs • Own the weekly leadership brief covering product-line performance and recommended decisions • Lead monthly business-line deep dives covering funnel performance, experiments, customer evidence, and competitor evidence • Run the quarterly planning cycle and present resource trade-offs to leadership • Work directly with the VP of Growth and founders • Rotate into ownership of a product line or function within 12 to 18 months • Report to the VP of Growth

🎯 Requirements

• 4 to 8 years in strategy consulting, investment banking, or strategy/BizOps at a high-growth operating company • Exceptional analytical ability • Strong modeling skills • SQL or willingness to learn it quickly • Ability to structure ambiguous problems and produce concise recommendations • Willingness to run pilots and work without delegation • Ability to drive senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams without formal authority • Comfort with founders reviewing and challenging work weekly • Daily use of AI for research, analysis, and production • Ability to work at an intense pace across multiple concurrent workstreams • No insurance experience required
