📋 Description

• Assist the Director, Financial Planning and Analysis with monthly financial reporting and the annual budget • Prepare management reporting and analysis, including metrics, KPIs, and dashboards • Introduce new analysis and reporting formats to provide business insights • Participate in developing and reporting on key metrics and benchmarks • Provide financial analysis and direction for operational decisions through cross-functional initiatives • Support month-end closing activities, accounting responsibilities, and accounting policies • Handle ad hoc reporting requests and participate in projects • Leverage analytics and technology to interpret results and articulate recommendations • Function independently, take ownership of work, and contribute to the evolution of the role

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required • Bachelor's degree in Finance or better • Professional accounting designation is an asset • 3–5 years of relevant experience • Advanced knowledge of financial planning, business processes, budgeting, and forecasting • Comprehensive knowledge of dashboards, metrics, financial analysis, and trending • Superior analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Impeccable attention to detail • Resourceful and proactive • Ability to work effectively in teams • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to handle multiple deadlines and competing priorities • Advanced Excel skills • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Prior experience with ERP systems, Power BI, financial analytics, or similar is an asset • English proficiency is required • Bilingualism in French and English may be required depending on the role, location, and organizational needs
