📋 Description

• Own P&L and serve as the primary team development champion for a subset of markets • Set ongoing strategy to maximize revenue and city profitability by ensuring vehicles are ready and positioned in the right places • Oversee in-region KPIs • Lead or contribute to cross-functional strategy work groups to improve operational capabilities • Manage a minimum five-person team tasked with hitting forecasted goals and business outcomes • Drive professional development through routine feedback and candor • Make key decisions for the book of business, driving top-line revenue growth and bottom-line city profitability • Shepherd relationships with city stakeholders while pursuing advantageous outcomes for Bird • Lead or influence cross-functional sprints and special projects across hardware, product, supply chain, inventory, growth, customer experience and support, government relationships, and sales • Lead operational roles reporting to the GM, focusing on field-marketing customer experience, regulatory compliance, utilization, growth initiatives, and inventory management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent • 7+ years of work experience in operations, strategy, supply chain, and/or consulting • 5+ years of people management experience • Ability to lead & influence in a cross-collaborative environment • Data driven, driving the right outcomes from data backed decision making • 25% travel • Previous experience navigating and building productive relationships with municipal and regulatory stakeholders is highly desired • Proven track record managing large-scale physical inventories or distributed hardware networks is highly desired • Previous experience in micromobility, logistics, or transportation-as-a-service sectors is highly desired • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and execute complex tasks in high-pressure or fast-paced environments is highly desired • Advanced business degree (MBA) or a proven history of building and scaling ventures from the ground up is highly desired
