📋 Description

• Own the product roadmap for managed cybersecurity services, including MDR, SIEM and SOC services • Translate customer, market, operational, and security insights into prioritized product initiatives • Balance scalability, security efficacy, customer experience, and cost-to-deliver in product decisions • Align business goals, operational readiness, and long-term platform strategy • Engage customers and internal stakeholders to understand pain points across the customer lifecycle • Monitor competitive dynamics, security trends, compliance requirements, and customer expectations • Gather feedback from Sales, Customer Success, SOC, and Support teams to improve offerings and platform capabilities • Partner with Sales and Marketing on product positioning, value propositions, messaging, and sales enablement • Support strategic deals with product expertise, security context, and operational guidance • Collaborate with SOC, Security Operations, Platform Engineering, and Delivery teams on service scope, SLAs, KPIs, escalation models, onboarding workflows, and operational readiness • Partner with Finance and Customer Success on retention, expansion, and scalable service delivery • Work with security engineers, SOC leaders, architects, and vendors on tool evaluations, integrations, POCs, capability assessments, and enhancements to detection, response, automation, and workflows • Stay current on MDR/XDR, cloud security, AI-driven detection, automation, threat intelligence, and cybersecurity trends • Write detailed product requirements with business context, functional expectations, and acceptance criteria • Partner with UX/design teams on intuitive, scalable workflows • Drive clarity across Engineering, Operations, and Go-To-Market teams through documentation and prioritization

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in security focused on endpoint, cloud, or identity • Demonstrated builder mentality with products or features shipped end-to-end • Experience working in or adjacent to the MSP or channel market • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to translate complex technology into clear positioning • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Research, and Marketing • Strong quantitative and business analysis skills • Ability to prioritize competing demands • Ability to work effectively with distributed, remote teams • Previous work in EDR, CDR, attack analysis, research, investigation, or incident response preferred • Cybersecurity domain knowledge preferred • Active use of AI tools and perspective on AI-driven product strategy preferred • Experience at a high-growth company in the $20M–$200M+ ARR range preferred • Hands-on product management experience in cybersecurity products is critical • Advanced degrees in relevant fields are a plus • Authorization to work in Canada without restriction • Must not require sponsorship to work within Canada, or must disclose sponsorship requirements
