📋 Description

• Drive the overarching B2B selling product strategy for brands and sellers on the NuORDER platform • Partner with brands worldwide to understand needs and craft a best-in-class wholesale selling experience • Oversee the complete lifecycle of B2B transactions from purchase through payment • Own Brand Profiles, Buyer Management, Insights, Checkout Experience, Invoicing, B2B payments, and order tracking • Ensure seamless fulfillment and delivery to buyers • Work with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to translate strategy into roadmaps and PRDs • Launch features that improve feature, funnel, and business metrics • Develop and optimize the Product Catalog powering NuORDER and POS platform user experiences

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of proven product management experience • Strong mastery of product management craft • Strong focus on commercial impact and business viability • Experience driving measurable revenue outcomes • Strategic and innovative problem-solving ability • Strong storytelling, influencing, alignment, and cross-functional leadership skills • Ability to lead external stakeholders effectively • Data- and user-centric approach to product decisions • Ability to translate insights into action • Understanding of best-in-class UX principles • Hands-on knowledge of A/B testing methodologies • Proven experience working in Big Tech environments • Demonstrated track record of building and scaling complex products from zero to one • Background in product management, data management, and data analytics • Passion for delivering exceptional user experiences in the retail industry
