📋 Description

• Support the Salesforce team in implementing solutions • Manage Salesforce configuration changes, including flows, custom metadata types, custom permissions, and user management • Assist in implementing and maintaining security and data access controls • Manage integrated applications and third-party solutions with Salesforce • Collaborate with team members to gather requirements and implement solutions • Stay current with Salesforce releases and new features and recommend improvements • Assist with tickets as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator/Declarative Builder • Certified Salesforce Administrator • Additional certifications such as Advanced Admin or App Builder preferred • Deep experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud processes • Proven experience working within a Scrumban or Agile framework • Experience participating in daily stand-ups and managing work through a structured sprint backlog • Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation • Proactive use of AI tools to accelerate solution design and automate repetitive admin tasks • Exceptional interpersonal skills and cross-departmental collaboration • Must be located within the U.S. or select Canadian Provinces • No visa sponsorship or relocation assistance available
