• Safely and efficiently operate water, sewer, and vacuum Class 1 units at the Kearl Lake client site • Haul both water and sewer • Complete daily logbooks, customer work orders, field-level risk assessments, and pre/post-trip inspections • Follow tasks assigned by Dispatch or Supervisor • Perform daily housekeeping of the assigned truck • Attend toolbox and safety meetings and follow corporate and site safety procedures • Maintain and operate BME tools and equipment to required standards • Keep all training current • Follow TDG and WHMIS standards and regulations • Seek continuous improvement opportunities • Provide customer-focused service • Work in all weather conditions
• Valid Class 1 driver’s license with clean driver’s abstract • Minimum 3 years’ experience, including up to 18-speed manual Class 1 equipment • Previous or related experience operating water and vacuum units • Mine drive experience required • TDG knowledge and certification • OSSA (or BSO/CSO) and CSTS certification • Certification in Daily Trip Inspections, Provincial Hours of Service for Alberta, Weights and Dimensions, Cargo Securement for flatbeds, WHMIS, H2S Alive, and First Aid • Clear verbal and written communication skills • Physically able to perform tasks and work in all weather • Mechanically inclined and physically fit • Must successfully pass BME driver’s evaluation, Drug and Alcohol screening, and fit-for-duty pre-employment screening • Must be willing to haul both water and sewer • Legally eligible to work in Canada
