📋 Description

• Support oversight of third-party collection agencies and debt sale activities • Ensure operational effectiveness, regulatory compliance, accurate reporting, timely issue resolution, and adherence to internal policies and procedures • Liaise with internal stakeholders, collection agencies, debt buyers, and external vendors • Prepare regular collection agency reports and document items and follow-up activities • Review contractual and internal-policy compliance • Investigate and resolve agency escalations and operational issues • Maintain and retrieve agency performance reporting • Assign or recall agency-outsourced accounts • Respond to agency hotline calls and shared email inquiries • Prepare and support debt sale account inventories and documentation • Communicate with debt sale buyers regarding post-sale and operational requests • Monitor debt sale workflows and completion of required activities • Track and report debt sale volumes and exception items • Support post-sale reconciliation and account maintenance • Participate in process reviews to improve debt sale operational efficiency • Support audits, quality reviews, and compliance assessments • Maintain records and documentation • Identify and escalate operational, compliance, or reputational risks • Provide timely responses to agencies, debt buyers, and internal stakeholders

• Experience, skills, education, and qualifications relevant to the role will affect salary • Ability to prepare reports related to collection agencies • Ability to review compliance with contractual requirements and internal policies • Ability to investigate and resolve agency-related escalations and operational issues • Ability to maintain and retrieve agency performance reporting • Ability to assign or recall agency-outsourced accounts • Ability to respond to agency hotline customer calls and shared email box • Ability to prepare debt sale account inventories and related documentation • Ability to communicate with debt sale buyers after sale • Ability to monitor debt sale workflows and complete required activities on time • Ability to maintain tracking and reporting of debt sale volumes and exception items • Ability to support post-sale reconciliation and account maintenance • Knowledge of regulatory requirements, vendor governance standards, and internal policies • Ability to support audits, quality reviews, and compliance assessments • Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation • Ability to identify and escalate operational, compliance, or reputational risks
