📋 Description

• Provide support and service for BMO’s Investment Operations business stakeholders and customers • Execute and deliver Investment product and service processes in adherence with financial and regulatory controls and operational guidelines • Gather and format data into regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards • Support change management execution and sustainment activities • Organize work information for accuracy and completeness • Execute service requests, transactions, queries and related routine tasks within SLAs • Process transactions, activities and services accurately and promptly in response to stakeholder requests • Respond accurately and knowledgeably to internal and external stakeholder questions and requests • Follow documented policies and procedures to meet SLAs • Check and reconcile information and documentation • Analyze data and information to provide insights and recommendations • Identify, analyze and resolve issues or escalate as required • Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders • Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships • Maintain understanding of regulatory requirements and operational risks • Collaborate on new processes/systems and improvements to existing processes and systems • Support tool development and training delivery • Complete complex and diverse tasks and handle escalations from other employees • Analyze issues and determine next steps • Apply BMO’s Risk Management Framework and make risk-informed decisions aligned with business strategy and applicable policies, laws and regulations

🎯 Requirements

• Typically 2–3 years of relevant experience • Post-secondary degree in a related field of study desirable, or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Knowledge and experience using relevant systems and technology – Good • Knowledge and understanding of the business unit’s key products and services, processes and controls – Good • Knowledge of the risk and regulatory requirements of the business – Good • Prioritization skills – Good • Customer service skills – Good • PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) – Good • Specialized knowledge • Verbal and written communication skills – Good • Organization skills – Good • Collaboration and team skills – Good • Analytical and problem-solving skills – Good
