📋 Description

• Own product direction and priorities for rePete • Stay deeply connected to customers through direct conversations and insights from Sales, Onboarding, Support, Marketing, and other teams • Translate customer insights, data, market opportunities, and business context into product decisions • Make trade-offs balancing customer needs, business impact, effort, and technical realities • Turn ideas and customer problems into solutions using prototypes, designs, and experiments • Create alignment across founders, executives, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholders • Identify blockers, create urgency, and follow through on execution • Use AI tools including Claude, Lovable, Figma, and Gemini to explore, prototype, learn, and iterate faster

🎯 Requirements

• Strong product judgment and confidence communicating a clear point of view • Deep customer curiosity and ability to understand underlying customer problems • Commercial instincts and understanding of product impact on adoption, retention, revenue, and growth • Builder mentality and willingness to work hands-on • Strong prioritization skills • Ability to influence and create alignment across technical teams, business leaders, founders, and executives without formal authority • Comfortable making decisions with imperfect information and adapting quickly • Enjoyment of a fast-moving, evolving, highly collaborative startup environment • Strong product design instincts and hands-on Figma experience • Ability to take product ideas from concept to intuitive designs and iterate quickly • Comfortable using AI tools in everyday work • Experience in SaaS, ecommerce, product-led growth, or another fast-moving technology environment is an asset
