📋 Description

• Support proposals, sales materials, demos, and walkthroughs for prospective clients • Maintain sales pipeline data, dashboards, open opportunities, meeting notes, and action items • Set up new projects, workspaces, dashboards, communication channels, project plans, agendas, and check-in meetings • Take notes in internal and client meetings, distribute action items, draft status updates, and track decisions • Track tasks, budgets, resources, dependencies, staffing, and resourcing information • Coordinate with internal BTS teams and translation/localization partners • Update project financials and portfolio data, track scope changes, and prepare change-request details • Flag risks and issues, follow version-control and file-management procedures, and support quality checks and testing • Organize lessons-learned sessions, finalize and archive project files, and coordinate client surveys and case studies • Organize team meetings and events, support other teams, own parts of project processes, and improve team workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 0 to 2 years of experience in coordination, administration, or project support in a learning, digital, or client-service setting; internships and co-op placements count • New graduates are welcome to apply • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred • Based in Canada • Natural curiosity about AI and willingness to experiment with AI tools • Interest in using AI and automation to improve work processes • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines • High attention to detail • Comfortable learning and using digital tools • Clear written and verbal communication • Willingness to ask questions and raise issues early • Collaborative mindset and ability to work with teams across the globe • Comfortable with ambiguity and changing processes • Comfortable working remotely and managing own day
