📋 Description

• Implement and support the delivery of client projects in accordance with the approved statement of work • Coordinate project activities and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Professional Services Project Management Office • Contribute to identifying the client’s overall strategic objectives • Adapt project delivery to achieve measurable outcomes • Understand clients and fully meet their needs • Support clients and partners in resolving issues • Foster alignment among stakeholders • Act as a trusted advisor internally and externally

🎯 Requirements

• More than 2 years of relevant professional experience as a Project Coordinator, Assistant Project Manager, Junior Project Manager, or within a professional services or consulting firm • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Strong business acumen and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French • Ability to build relationships and effectively overcome challenges in a constantly changing environment • Knowledge of key enterprise technologies (Microsoft 365, Azure, cloud computing, data and AI, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or managed services) is an asset • Postsecondary education is an asset • CAPM, CSM, PMP, Agile, or other project management certification is an asset • Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends • Fluency in English required • Satisfactory verification of professional references, educational background, and any criminal record
