📋 Description

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of learning solutions of varying scale and complexity • Support BTS Account Managers with proposals, scoping, timelines, effort estimates, pricing, collateral, demos, pipeline updates, and opportunity follow-up • Set up projects, workspaces, dashboards, communication channels, project plans, and kick-off meetings • Serve as the main communication contact between project teams and client stakeholders • Establish communication plans and provide regular scope, schedule, and deliverable updates • Manage all production lifecycle phases, including Concept & Design, Scripting, Media Development, Testing, and Launch • Track tasks, budgets, resources, dependencies, staffing, and resourcing • Coordinate with BTS Digital, Technology, internal teams, vendors, and translation/localization partners • Document platform requirements, hosting and deployment needs, and route technical escalations • Pilot AI automation for project tasks and share effective practices across the PMO • Delegate work to and support the development of the Digital Project Coordinator • Translate contract values into internal budgets, including currency conversions and fee categorization • Update project financials, track scope changes, coordinate change requests or new SOWs, and maintain portfolio data • Identify risks, manage resolution plans, ensure version control and file management, and facilitate quality reviews • Conduct Lessons Learned sessions, finalize and archive project files, and coordinate surveys, case studies, and final updates

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, coordination, or delivery in a learning, digital, or client-service setting • Based in North America • Strong project planning, organizational, and time management skills • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines • High level of attention to detail and comfort with digital tools • Excellent written and verbal interpersonal and communication skills • Client-facing professionalism and ability to synthesize and escalate issues clearly • Ability to work cross-functionally across global teams • Comfort operating with ambiguity and evolving processes • Natural curiosity about AI and experience trying new tools independently • Interest in using AI and automation to improve project operations, with ability to check results and support adoption • Familiarity with eLearning production processes and tools such as Articulate Rise/Storyline, LMS, video workflows, and BTS digital learning platforms is an asset • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification, or equivalent experience, is a plus
