📋 Description

• Delivering comprehensive training programs for the Canada sales organization • Develops training programs & materials based on marketplace insights • Assists in coaching and evaluates additional training needs • Monitor and analyze national and regional performance

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years experience working in dynamic and fast-paced environments • 3-5+ years Hematology/Oncology Sales Experience • Bachelor’s Degree • Strong written and oral communication skills • Ability to analyze big data and extract critical insights • Strong organizational and project management skills
