📋 Description

• Design, build, and manage secure, stable, high-performing client SAP environments • Lead SAP system administration activities including installations, upgrades, tuning, and security • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications • Contribute to SAP solution design and build Proofs of Concept for projects or enhancements • Support SAP installations, migrations, integrations, and system builds • Work with OS and database administrators to optimize performance and operations • Manage performance, upgrades, patches, corrections, CTS/TMS transport management, client strategies, and batch scheduling • Administer user management, security controls, authentication mechanisms, and security compliance • Create and maintain technical documentation • Troubleshoot complex SAP Basis issues with technical teams and SAP support • Mentor junior consultants and provide technical training to consultants and client teams • Test and validate SAP Basis services against business processes and requirements • Stay current on SAP Basis advancements, tools, and best practices • Adhere to certified processes and information security standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or 5+ years of SAP Basis systems administration experience • Current CompTIA Security+ certification, or ability to obtain upon selection • Advanced understanding of SAP Basis tools and processes, including system builds, upgrades, client copies, backup/recovery, and high availability • Experience with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, Fiori, and related components • 5 years of experience with SAP system installation, upgrades, performance tuning, and landscape management • U.S. Citizenship required • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Security Clearance • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills • Excellent communication and collaboration across technical and functional teams • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • CompTIA Security+ certification required • One additional certification required from: SAP S/4HANA System Administrator; AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner; SAP Certified Technology Associate – SAP HANA Operations & Administration • Ability to travel up to 20% based on client needs
