📋 Description

• Support production systems, identifying bugs and failures. • Participate in discussions and decisions on architectural improvements. • Use software development methodologies to support and identify issues and improvement opportunities. • Model, monitor, and improve processes. • Collect supplementary data (business, integrations, and technical). • Perform unit and integration tests. • Maintain and create Queries, Stored Procedures, Triggers, Functions, and Views. • Manage the ticket queue following ITIL best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in software development. • Java 1.8 or higher / Java EE 5: EJB, Servlet, JDBC, Swing, Web Services • Frameworks: Hibernate, Spring, Struts, Aspose, Jasper, Oracle TopLink, Quartz. • ETL tools: Microsoft SSIS • Databases: DB2 / SQL Server • Tools: Eclipse / Maven / Ant / SVN • Production support and communication with users • ITIL (incident/problem/change management) and tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, etc.
