📋 Description

• Configure the product according to approved solution designs and configuration specifications • Translate requirements into working workflow, data, and role setups • Prepare validation and production environments • Deliver or coordinate practical customer-core-team training • Mentor super users through milestones and user acceptance testing • Define and execute test cases tied to requirements and acceptance criteria • Support defect triage and retesting until acceptance is met • Validate data and configurations against expected outcomes • Support cutover tasks, runbooks, and day-one activities • Stabilize the solution with the customer team after go-live

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Printing, or equivalent discipline; experience may be considered in lieu of degree • 3+ years delivering software implementations into customer environments or performing IT Services • Hands-on experience configuring enterprise or vertical software ERP solutions • Experience guiding customers through change • Printing industry experience/knowledge preferred • Excellent organization, communication, written, presentation, and problem-solving skills • Comfortable reading design documents and turning them into precise configuration steps and test cases • Strong communication and training skills with attention to detail and follow-through • Strong understanding of ERP/MIS, computer operating systems, and relational databases • Ability to manage multiple priorities and multitask • Working knowledge of client/server architecture • Ability to travel up to 60% • Print-industry knowledge in estimating, planning, scheduling, and production considered an asset • Knowledge and experience with EPS software including iQuote, iPlan, PrintFlow, Monarch, and Foundation considered an asset • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States
