📋 Description

• Perform tasks related to the development and deployment of K–12 test materials • Use process documents for quality control tasks • Learn CAI’s systems to complete tasks • Create and quality-control test forms and test configuration files • Conduct quality-control reviews of test materials • Monitor work completed by outside vendors

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • 0–2 years of experience in project or operations management • Excellent computer knowledge, specifically in Excel preferred • Analytical skills and attention to detail • Ability to identify problems and conceptualize solutions • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines • High level of organization and ability to manage and prioritize several tasks/projects simultaneously • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work in a team environment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Bilingual Spanish preferred • Ability to travel up to 10% (up to 3–4 times a year) • Must live and work within the USA • Submit a cover letter and resume
