📋 Description

• Safely operate skid steer equipment in accordance with manufacturer specifications, company procedures, and site requirements • Operate various skid steer attachments as required for project activities • Move, load, unload, and position materials safely throughout the project site • Support site cleanup, material handling, grading, and other general construction activities as required • Perform pre-use inspections and complete daily equipment inspection reports • Identify and report equipment defects or maintenance requirements promptly • Work closely with supervision, trades, and other site personnel to support daily operations • Maintain awareness of site hazards and ensure safe operation around personnel, structures, and other equipment • Maintain excellent housekeeping practices and ensure work areas remain clean and organized • Demonstrate strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills while maintaining a commitment to safety and quality • Ensure all work is completed in compliance with Canoco safety standards and client-specific requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience operating skid steer equipment in an industrial or construction environment • Experience working in the Oil & Gas industry is considered a strong asset • Valid Skid Steer Operator certification • Valid Class 5 Driver's License • Required certifications: H2S Alive, CSTS or CSO, WHMIS 2015, Confined Space, and Fall Protection • Ability to commit to the required project rotation, working up to 12-hour shifts for the full duration of the turnaround
