📋 Description

• Serve as Scrum Master for Agile software development teams operating in two-week sprint cycles • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives • Partner with product owners, business analysts, engineers, QA, DevOps, and program leadership to support successful delivery outcomes • Analyze user and stakeholder needs to help identify functional and non-functional requirements • Coordinate activities across multiple delivery teams and shared program resources • Track sprint progress, team performance, and delivery metrics while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement • Remove impediments and help teams maintain focus, productivity, and momentum • Support user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and production deployment activities • Identify, communicate, and help mitigate project risks and delivery challenges • Facilitate stakeholder discussions, workshops, interviews, and working sessions • Mentor and support junior team members while contributing to a collaborative Agile culture • Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement across the program

🎯 Requirements

• Applicants MUST BE US Citizens and be able to obtain Public Trust clearance • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • 8+ years of professional experience supporting software development, project delivery, or Agile programs • Experience serving as a Scrum Master on Agile software development projects • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum principles, and software delivery lifecycles • Experience facilitating group discussions, workshops, interviews, and training sessions • Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting functional and non-functional requirements • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams during testing, deployment, and release activities • Strong communication, facilitation, organizational, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to work effectively across multiple teams within a large-scale enterprise environment
