📋 Description

• Log in early to workshops to complete sound, camera, and visual-layout technology checks • Greet participants and introduce CareerJoy, the workshop theme, and facilitator in French and English • Establish a welcoming, professional tone that fosters non-judgment, safety, and psychological trust • Monitor and moderate chat engagement in both official languages • Activate polls, breakout rooms, screen sharing, and other interactive workshop elements • Flag participant questions for the facilitator • Gather facilitator feedback after sessions and submit a concise internal report • Contribute to projects improving the CareerJoy Workshop Experience

🎯 Requirements

• Intermediate to advanced bilingualism in French and English (required) • Warm, confident presence and ability to speak clearly in both official languages • Comfort leading virtual spaces and interacting with diverse professionals • High attention to detail and strong time management • Confidence in problem-solving on the fly • Familiarity with Zoom and Microsoft Teams; advanced experience is an asset • Fast, reliable internet connection • Professional home office setup with webcam • Availability during core workshop hours: 8:30 am–5:00 pm ET • Must have reliable internet
