📋 Description

• Grow a high-quality X (Twitter) audience for a tech founder as a channel for customer acquisition, partnerships, and investor outreach • Ghostwrite posts and threads based on product updates, industry insights, and the founder’s expertise • Create and maintain a weekly content plan • Publish content and manage discussions around it • Write 20–40 thoughtful, manual replies per day under posts from relevant industry leaders and target accounts • Build and maintain a target list of high-value accounts, including industry leaders, investors, agencies, studios, and potential partners • Engage consistently with target accounts • Support product launches through personalized outreach and warm direct messages • Prepare weekly reports covering qualified-follower growth, audience quality, new conversations, best-performing content, key learnings, and recommendations • Grow the account by 100–150 highly relevant followers during the first month • Ensure at least 90% of new followers belong to the target audience • Initiate measurable conversations with target-list accounts • Deliver weekly progress reports with actionable insights and recommendations • Use native X delegation for account access; automation, bots, auto-replies, mass following, engagement pods, and artificial growth tactics are not permitted • Complete a first-month trial period with specified KPIs; continued collaboration depends on achieving agreed performance targets

🎯 Requirements

• Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English (B2–C1+) with excellent writing skills • Proven experience growing X (Twitter) accounts, ideally within B2B, SaaS, AI, gaming, or technology sectors • Ability to demonstrate previous results through before/after metrics, growth examples, case studies, or a portfolio • Deep understanding of X, including audience building, engagement strategies, algorithm behavior, and networking dynamics • Strong ghostwriting skills and ability to write in someone else’s authentic voice • High level of independence, curiosity, and willingness to experiment with content and engagement strategies • Strong analytical mindset and ability to evaluate meaningful audience growth • Nice to have: experience in mobile gaming, user acquisition, AdTech, or AI products • Nice to have: active personal X (Twitter) account with an engaged audience • Nice to have: experience supporting product launches, influencer outreach, or Product Hunt campaigns • Nice to have: background in founder branding or executive social media growth • No automation or artificial growth tactics • Password sharing is not permitted; account access will be provided through native X delegation
