📋 Description
• Lead IRC Canada's day-to-day operations and overall strategy • Oversee public and institutional fundraising strategies • Serve as a credible advocate for IRC’s programming in Canada • Ensure compliance with Canadian employment law and governance obligations
🎯 Requirements
• 15+ years leadership experience in an international NGO or equivalent • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to deliver in ambiguity • Proven ability to drive operational delivery and execute complex workplans • Experience winning and managing large grants • Strong understanding of Canadian donor landscape • Bilingual in French and English
