📋 Description

• Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for the US market across paid media, content, PR, and acquisition channels • Own US positioning and messaging and build the initial GTM case study • Create sales enablement assets and equip sales with conversion tools • Develop a cohesive full-funnel digital marketing strategy across paid, organic, content, and email • Position Kolsquare as a leading US influencer marketing platform through PR, thought leadership, partnerships, and events • Localize blogs, reports, whitepapers, brochures, case studies, website content, and email sequences for US audiences • Build relationships with media, industry experts, associations, agencies, and industry partners • Secure speaking engagements and media opportunities • Implement localized lead-generation campaigns and track KPIs for optimization • Plan and execute local events and engage influencer marketing communities and ambassadors • Manage local PR initiatives, pitch content to media, and monitor market and competitor trends

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of senior-level experience in marketing or brand management • Ideally experience in Influencer Marketing or SaaS Martech • Deep understanding of the US influencer marketing and media landscape • Existing network in the US influencer marketing and media ecosystem • Strong experience in positioning, communications, and sales enablement • Experience defining and running GTM strategies through ads, content, and acquisition channels • Broad digital marketing experience across paid, organic, content, and email • Strong network with relevant US media, influencers, and agencies • Commercially driven demand generation and sales-support experience • Experience creating marketing and sales enablement materials • Experience organizing external and owned events • Confidence with public speaking at events and webinars • Ability to work remotely with the main team in Europe while based on the US East Coast • Self-starter with flexibility and proactivity in a fast-moving international environment
