📋 Description

• Architect, build, and deploy AI-powered agents, workflows, and applications across business functions • Act as Technical Product Manager for larger applications, partnering with Engineering on requirements, scope, and SDLC compliance • Design, build, and maintain production-grade automations and integrations using internal platforms, APIs, webhooks, and custom scripting • Connect and orchestrate data across go-to-market, product, finance, and people systems into a central data warehouse • Build robust ETL and API pipelines to keep systems synchronized and data trustworthy • Transform integrated data into standardized automated reporting and dashboards • Engineer the go-to-market stack across customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and expansion • Build and own internal tools, scripts, and applications as engineer and product owner • Deploy, host, and operate automations, agents, and applications, including CI/CD, environments, monitoring, and incident response • Establish standards for data quality, access, error handling, security, and reliability • Translate operational problems into technical solutions and ship aligned automations • Rapidly prototype, test, iterate, and harden integrations, tools, and automations • Document systems and workflows and enable teams to adopt and self-serve on tooling • Build stakeholder relationships, identify operational pain points, deliver initial improvements, and launch scalable production solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software/automation engineering, technical operations, or revenue/business operations • Proven track record of building technical solutions and driving operational improvements in a B2B SaaS environment • Proficiency in scripting and programming, including Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and SQL • Experience building integrations against REST APIs and webhooks • Experience building AI-powered agents, workflows, and applications • Hands-on use of Make, Zapier, n8n, and modern LLM/agent frameworks • Experience administering, integrating, or automating CRM, ERP, marketing automation, sales engagement, and customer success systems • Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, Marketo, Salesloft, ChurnZero, or comparable platforms • Experience with Snowflake or similar data platforms and warehouses • Experience building ETL and API-based data pipelines • Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar data analysis and visualization tools • Experience deploying, hosting, and operating production applications • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, monitoring, and cloud environments • Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, data handling, security, and compliance best practices • Project management experience using Monday.com, Asana, or similar tools • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Ability to collaborate across technical and business teams • Results-driven, adaptable, and growth-minded approach • Superior communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders • Previous B2B SaaS experience highly desirable • Creative, proactive problem-solving abilities
