• Lead employee relations matters: performance concerns and progressive discipline • Provide trauma-informed coaching to leaders • Act as a trusted resource for employees navigating workplace concerns • Provide employment law guidance and support leaders across the employee lifecycle
• 8+ years of progressive human resources experience • Bachelor's degree in human resource management or a degree in a related field • Working fluency in both English and French (written and spoken) • Experience working with or alongside Indigenous communities • Strong understanding of multi-jurisdictional employment standards legislation • Excellent coaching and conflict resolution skills
