📋 Description
• Assist with international tax consulting and planning engagements involving multinational organizations and cross-border transactions. • Conduct technical research on U.S. international tax matters, including foreign tax credits, GILTI, Subpart F, and treaty issues. • Prepare and review international tax compliance filings, including Forms 5471, 5472, 8865, 8858, and related disclosures. • Analyze financial and tax data to identify planning opportunities and potential tax risks. • Prepare client deliverables, technical memorandums, and supporting documentation. • Collaborate with engagement teams across the firm to address complex international tax issues. • Monitor legislative and regulatory developments impacting international taxation. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. • Participate in professional development, training, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in Accounting, Taxation or related field preferred • 2 years of experience in public accounting or related field • CPA candidates preferred • Ability to manage deadlines, work on multiple assignments and prioritize each assignment as necessary • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally • Proficient use of applicable technology • Must be able to travel based on client and business needs
