📋 Description

• Maintain a territory case manager assignment • Continuously maintain designated projects • Monitor adherence to protocols, case documentation, database usage, information accuracy, and telephone calls • Participate in client consultations and working sessions with the manager, or in the manager’s absence • Identify training needs and deliver refresher training • Participate in the hiring and training of new staff • Identify database, protocol, and process modification needs • Provide daily and ongoing communication regarding client-related projects • Support and provide coverage for the manager • Prepare client reports • Report all adverse events to designated units/departments • Perform other duties as required

🎯 Requirements

• Postsecondary education or equivalent in a related discipline • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or similar industry • Bilingualism in English and French is required • RN/RPN license is an asset • Project management experience is an asset • In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical distribution industry • Strong business and financial acumen • Strong analytical and mathematical skills • Strong internal and external communication skills, with effective interpersonal and leadership abilities • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Consistent ability to meet deadlines and multitask • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently • Ability to adapt to change and learn new skills • Proficiency in presentation techniques • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, Internet Explorer, and PowerPoint • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • The successful candidate may have daily contact with unilingual English-speaking customers, patients, or peers from cross-functional teams
