📋 Description

• Make outbound calls according to established protocols • Report adverse events and conduct related follow-ups with patients or treating physicians • Coordinate and manage all aspects required to obtain prescription drug coverage for patients • Coordinate cases with insurance companies, physician offices, and healthcare professionals to maximize reimbursement solutions • Coordinate documents, submissions, and paperwork for insurance companies and public/federal funding programs • Implement financial means tests to maximize patients’ prescription drug coverage • Coordinate pharmacy processes after funding is obtained • Manage inquiries related to clinical product support, client-specified procedures, and other services • Provide product-related training sessions and coordinate product testing and/or administration when applicable • Maintain organized reference materials and current scientific and medical literature • Evaluate clinical information accurately and provide clinical details for decision-making and risk reduction • Report all adverse events to assigned units/departments • Perform other duties and tasks as required

🎯 Requirements

• Post-secondary education or equivalent in a related discipline • Bachelor’s degree or related nursing diploma, or equivalent combination of experience and education • Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service in an office setting • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in nursing and related healthcare fields • Bilingual French/English required, orally and in writing • Knowledge of reimbursement, patient support programs, and database functionality • Clinical and pharmaceutical knowledge • Strong patient management experience • Strong analytical, design, mathematical, and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and parallel processes • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines • Effective computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Knowledge of pharmaceutical distribution industry • Working knowledge of automated warehouse operating systems • Strong business and financial acumen • Excellent presentation skills • Ability to communicate effectively with unilingual English-speaking customers, patients, or cross-functional peers
