📋 Description

• Install, configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair customer hardware and software systems and equipment • Act as service representative for assigned customers • Participate in the on-call schedule • Perform preventive maintenance • Maintain customer satisfaction • Manage equipment, parts, and inventory to execute service requests promptly • Perform installations, repairs, changes, and assigned equipment tasks at customer sites • Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe • Complete administrative, reporting, and mandatory training requirements • Transport packages to courier depots or airports during emergencies or after courier pickup times • Participate in commercial showcase events • Support the sales team as a service representative during headquarters and chain-level negotiations and equipment-performance reviews • Foster a culture of excellence and customer-first service • Act in accordance with McKesson Canada's LeadRX and ICARE principles

🎯 Requirements

• Electronic, Robotics or Electro-mechanic college degree • 2 years+ of experience in a Field Service Technician position • Leadership and ability to maintain high customer satisfaction standards • Experience with pneumatic and robotic systems, troubleshooting, and repair is an asset • Experience with complex electronic control systems, troubleshooting, and repair is an asset • Healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience is an asset • Hospital automation and healthcare automation experience is an asset • Ability to learn and understand McKesson APS equipment functions and apply learnings • Excellent interpersonal customer service skills • Ability to communicate effectively with individuals from varied backgrounds • Relevant frontline, field-based technical customer service experience is an asset • Good written and verbal communication skills • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a time-critical environment • Customer-first, team-oriented, positive attitude • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision • Ability to work independently in the field • Ability to collaborate with members of various departments to achieve goals and resolve customer issues • Perfectly bilingual, both written and spoken • Must have and maintain a valid driving license • Must use own vehicle • Frequent travel within a region and occasional travel anywhere within Canada • Availability after hours and weekends for frequent on-call support and installations • Physical ability to move boxes and equipment weighing up to 30 kg and perform installation work in cabinetry and elevated spaces • Proficiency in spoken and written English required for supporting clients outside Quebec and/or in the United States
