📋 Description

• Coordinate Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) services including counselling, legal, financial, and nutritional services • Ensure clients are matched appropriately with the service and with a clinical professional • Enter client data into the electronic records system while responding to incoming telephone calls and identify crisis calls • Conduct risk assessments, coordinate transfers to Specialists and provide safety planning if necessary • Respond to client complaints or challenges and feedback regarding EFAP services and eligibility

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent command of English and French, both verbal and written • University degree preferable; combination of experience and related education considered • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook) is required • Ability to listen and remain calm and empathetic under stressful situations • English language skills required for supporting communicating with both French and English speaking clients
