📋 Description

• Serve as the first point of contact for calls, emails, and customer requests related to HR processes and systems • Log questions and requests, communicate resolutions, and update case records using case management tools • Follow up with customers and conduct additional research as needed • Maintain communication with customers until requests are resolved • Provide accurate and timely responses to routine HR process, system, and policy inquiries • Perform basic administrative processing, transaction approvals, data entry, and document verification • Educate associates on company practices and tools, including Intranet, ESS, and MSS • Escalate complex cases to appropriate Level 2 specialists or Level 3 COE representatives • Manage incoming and outgoing forms and information and scan documents • Coordinate referrals for clinical trials or laboratory testing services • Coordinate training for nurses and stakeholders on clinical trial protocols and laboratory testing procedures • Coordinate clinical trials among clients, manufacturers, principal investigator sites, nurses, and Innomar stakeholders • Track, report, and escalate issues for clinical trials and laboratory collection services • Provide remote clinical guidance to Field Nurses regarding clinical trial SOPs, protocols, best practices, Good Clinical Practices, and protocol adherence • Coordinate laboratory testing projects and provide remote nurse guidance for laboratory test collection services • Complete post-service reporting and billing activities with Senior Manager and accounting/BI oversight • Perform other assigned duties and tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Completion of a two-year associate degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education • Bilingual in English and Canadian French • Advanced knowledge in the medical/pharmaceutical industry • Working knowledge of clinical trials and/or laboratory services • Strong business and financial acumen • Strong analytical and mathematical skills • Effective oral and written communication skills • Effective interpersonal and leadership skills • Effective organizational skills with strong attention to detail • Ability to consistently meet deadlines • Excellent problem-solving skills • Excellent presentation skills • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office programs • Ability to establish and manage budgets and expenses • Excellent negotiation skills • Ability to use company systems and programs effectively
