📋 Description

• Administer and adhere to case-management protocols, including patient enrolment, clinical monitoring, data collection, ongoing follow-up, patient/caregiver education, compliance, therapy disruption/discontinuation monitoring, adverse event reporting, and liaison with primary healthcare providers • Manage program files and documentation, accurately recording activities in the program-specific database and maintaining complete, current, compliant files • Act as the primary contact for assigned patients or clinics • Coordinate communication preferences with site contacts • Manage the program phone line and conduct significant outbound calling • Participate in pharmaceutical and biotechnology market research initiatives with healthcare professionals and patients • Attend ongoing refresher training and specialized product or program training • Provide feedback on protocols, databases, processes, and interdepartmental relationships • Communicate case-management information to the manager, pod, and program-trained colleagues during planned absences • Participate with managers in training new caseworkers, including shadowing and call monitoring • Report adverse events to assigned units or departments • Perform other assigned duties, tasks, and projects

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required • 2+ years of experience in reimbursement support, patient services, customer operations, healthcare support services, case coordination, claims support, or a related field required • A minimum of one (1) year experience in customer service • Bilingualism (French/English) is required • Bilingual in Canadian French and English • Experience in the medical and pharmaceutical field is an asset • Certification in reimbursement support, patient access, customer support, service management, customer relationship management systems, or process improvement preferred • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to manage budgets and expenses • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, presentation, and negotiation skills • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and other Office programs • Ability to multitask and consistently meet deadlines • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently • Action-oriented, proactive, forward-thinking, and solution-focused mindset
