• Administer medications in patients’ homes, specialty clinics, and Physician Partnership clinic settings • Assess and monitor pre- and post-injection/infusion treatments according to program protocols • Complete required documentation in accordance with policies, procedures, College of Nurses requirements, and Innomar ISO standards • Educate patients and caregivers using product monographs and program protocols • Report adverse events, serious adverse events, and product complaints • Provide reliable availability to meet operational and nursing/clinic performance needs • Coordinate with case managers, physicians, pharmacy, scheduling, and other departments • Arrange appointments and drug delivery with patients and caregivers • Participate in web-based meetings, training sessions, and specialized client-related training • Maintain professional nursing standards • Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams and oversee or delegate applicable tasks to RPN/LPN staff • Travel within the designated IBU and surrounding IBUs • Follow nursing, clinic, health and safety procedures, standard operating procedures, and work instructions • Complete ongoing and annual education and training • May be required to be on standby or on call • Perform other related duties as required by Innomar
• Qualified Registered Nurse with current registration in good standing with the applicable provincial nursing regulatory body • Current Healthcare Provider CPR certification required • At least three years of experience as a Registered Nurse • At least one year of experience initiating IVs • Experience in critical care, emergency, acute care inpatient/outpatient, or home care settings • ACLS, PALS, MS and CVAA certifications, as well as experience with central venous lines and ports, are considered assets • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook (email), Word, PowerPoint, and other applicable Microsoft Office programs • Access to a home computer, internet connection, printer, fax machine, and cell phone • Flexibility to provide services for scheduled and occasional last-minute patient appointments • Excellent customer service skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision as part of a larger remote team • Ability to travel to clinics and home care appointments within a defined geographic area • Strong critical-thinking, analytical, mathematical, organizational, time-management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills • Effective interpersonal and leadership skills • Excellent presentation skills • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment • Valid, non-expired, unrestricted driver’s license and insurance coverage • May have daily contact with unilingual English-speaking customers, patients, or peers from cross-functional teams
